Dr Aditya Jain is Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the Nottingham University Business School. He is a member of the Centre for Occupational Health and Development, at the University and a member of the International Standards Organisations 'Health & Safety Management Systems Committee', 'British Standards Human Resource Management Committee', Associate Editor of 'Safety Science' and the Executive Officer of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology. He holds a BA(Hons) in Psychology from the University of Delhi and three postgraduate degrees from the University of Nottingham: a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology, a MA in Public Policy and a PhD in Applied Psychology.
