Ntsiki Ndumela and Wadzanai Garwe

Ntsiki is an experienced coach, facilitator, and consultant with passion for systemic change,

leadership development, and culture transformation. She has worked with senior leaders in

various industries including the UN. She has a global perspective, training, and experience. Ntsiki

has lived and/or worked in Italy, South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Canada,

USA, and Australia

• She believes that ‘the single biggest failure of leadership is to treat adaptive challenges like

technical problems’ (Heifetz & Linsky).

• Ntsiki is a clinical psychologist, certified organisation relationship systems coach (ORSC), and

equine assisted learning coach. Her extensive corporate experience and clinical training have

allowed her to develop deep understanding of human behaviour and an ability to facilitate

personal and group change.

 

Wadzanai is a Staff of AP-in-FAO in Rome as an economist, Chair of the FICSA Standing Committee for Social Security and Occupational Health Security.

 

She believes in the power of conversations and the power of lived experiences. She

has lived and worked in many places, and her passion is to ensure that she lives her best life, and contributes towards making the amazing world we live in a wondrous adventure of growth and self-discovery.
