The Plenary Session of the 74th FICSA Council will take place from Tuesday, 9 February until Thursday, 11 February.

Tuesday, 9 February Highlights

• Engage with the Chair of the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC), Mr Larbi Djacta and the Chair of the High-Level Committee on Management (HLCM), Ms. Grete Faremo (Executive Director, UNOPS) during the opening session. 
• Meet your candidates for FICSA Executive Committee and Regional Representative positions during the Presentation of Candidates session. 

Wednesday, 10 February Highlights

• Celebrate the achievements of your elected FICSA officers during the presentation of the Report of the Executive Committee for 2019-2020.
• Take decisions on constitutional matters of FICSA, changes in FICSA membership, and discuss co-operation and MOU with other entities.
• The highlight of the day - Election of the Executive Committee and Regional Representatives for 2021-2022! Similar to the 73rd Council, this will be done through electronic voting, but this time, it will be done remotely!

Thursday, 11 February Highlights

• Review the reports and recommendations from the Standing Committee pre-meetings, held between 7th of December until 15th of January 2021, followed by Ad-hoc Committees from 18th of January until 22nd. 
• Confirm the election of the Chairs and Vice-chairs of the various Standing Committees. 
• Approve the draft programme and budget for 2021-2022 and the Scale of Contribution, that you discussed extensively during the Ad-hoc Committee on Administrative and Budget.
• *Drumroll*... Wait for the announcement of the Date and Place of the 75th FICSA Council in 2022!
